trying to get this plugin to set my featured image for all my “review” posts on my site MMOs.com. Trying to get pages like this http://mmos.com/review/maplestory to use the first image as the featured image. In this case it would be the nextgen singlepic image http://cdn.mmos.com/wp-content/gallery/maplestory-3/MapleStory-30-Combo.jpg but every time i go to make this happen, it always says current featured image: none, future featured image: none. I tried literally all the options available, and the only one that resulted in ANY future featured image was always making my “Play now” button the featured image. I just want my nextgen image to be the featured image, and this bulk plugin seems perfect for this, but no dice. I tried all the options…. any suggestions?August 23, 2015 at 2:34 am #1671

I tried the other options too on “Approach” no luck.August 23, 2015 at 8:24 am #1672
Would you please paste the shortcode of the NextGen gallery for that singlepic?August 23, 2015 at 10:16 am #1673
The short code for the pic I want (at the top) is:
[singlepic id=7285 w=428 h=240 float=none]
I mean, I really wouldn’t mind if it just picked a random image from the nextgen gallery on the screenshots tab or above the video. Any of those images would do too. Ideally the Singlepic one though. The short code for the galleries are: [nggallery id=180]August 29, 2015 at 10:06 am #1727
Can i get a refund on the purchase? This was the only reason I bought the plugin and it doesn’t seem to work. If you or anyone could provide a solution, then I’d be happy with the purchase, otherwise would appreciate the refundAugust 29, 2015 at 9:50 pm #1731
Hello Omer, sorry for long time of no response by myself. I reconstructed your case. The singlepic shortcode worked with the plugin on my test server.
I would take a closer look into your installation if you would mail me the login credentials to the WP backend. If I would not find a solution of course I would send your money back. Please mail to email@example.com.August 29, 2015 at 9:56 pm #1732
Emailed you my wp-admin infoAugust 30, 2015 at 11:07 pm #1743
The reason was found (file access rights), now the NextGen option is working.
