    Hi,

Even though I have the php.ini max timeout, the .htaccess and the wp timeout set for over 4 minutes, I still get this:

    Request Timeout

This request takes too long to process, it is timed out by the server. If it should not be timed out, please contact administrator of this web site to increase ‘Connection Timeout’.

Exactly at 30 seconds when fetching external images, even if there is only one or two images to fetch.

    Any ideas?

I assume the external server responds very slowly.
